Quickbooks Crashes Everytime I Try to Import an IIF File from Actinic Link

Hi,

I've been using Actinic Link with Quickbooks for a year or so now - and it has always performed well.

However, I tried to import a recent IIF file into Quickbooks - but Quickbooks crashes each time I now try the import.

The only change I have made is that I have been applying "3 for 2" discounts on certain customer orders. However, when I try to import selective transactions (that don't have the "3 for 2" discount) using Reports|Report Selection|Export|Export Orders - Quickbooks still crashes. I don't even get any error messages - the program just quits.

Any clues?

Hi,

Have you made any changes to the Actinic link profile? Also the iif file in specific would need to be investigated. I would suggest you log a query with Actinic support on http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm and refer to this thread id which is 19962.
