    Help with CVV 2

I've succssfully set up a site in V7 and credit card details are being captured and sent for off line processing.
Unfortuantely the CVV 3 digit number though asked for in the order form is not getting to the downloaded order form and subsequently no orders can be completed.

Has anyone got a solution to my problem?

    Thanks

It would help others respond to tell us more about what type of Checkout and Payment Method(s) you have set-up.

Posting a link to the live site would also be useful.

also if you do a search on the forums, others have had this issue (as do I from time to time when someone chooses the in-built encryption option to enter their details)
Can't recall if there has been a satisfactory solution to it yet but there might have been.

Are you uploading and downloading on the same PC?

If you are downloading on a separate PC, you need to enable CVV2 on the download PC. We had this problem - CVV2 collected but not showing under 'Progress and Payments' unless the CCV2 was activated.

I'm setting it up for Credit Card only and payment to be taken offline

I've chosen Standard SSL or unencrypted option within the Credit Card Capture Configuration window

I have just put through a test order TT12ST50000021 with a dummy CVV2 of 123.

I take it you have read the other threads this week on the same subject and made the necessary tick in the 'configure method' button on the payment option in business settings?
