Removing Term Headers

Can the Term headers be removed? My client would like the about us in the terms moving altogether but as it puts About Us as the default I can't do this.

Go into Design | Text and click the go to at the base.

You will need Phase: -1 and ID: 116

That is the text shown "About us" in the information (T & Cs) page, which you will also see the others listed beneath it.
