Smart Theme border

Can anyone enlighten me as to how the thin lines around the tables in the Smart theme are created. They are thinner than if you create a table border size 1.

I'm trying to recreate the style of this theme for my e-mail marketing.

just take a peek at actinic.css you will see the definition there

I believe this is done in actinic.css. Look for class .thinred2 I think that's it.
If you want to use it in an html email then you would need to include this as a style in your page.
