Amending Card Issue Number Text at Checkout

Hi all

At the moment, when someone comes to the online checkout section of our site, the Card Issue Number sub note says "1. Issue Number required for Switch only". Is there any way I can amend this text to say "1. Issue Number required for Switch only (if you have no Issue Number please enter 'none')".
I imagine the option to change the text lies somewhere in Design>Text but can't find it.

You can do this by editing Act_Order02.html. Place the text under the box named PAYMENTCARDISSUE.
