Send TEXT message via PC when order shipped?

I have asked this before but never got much of a response

I still want to send SMS text via PC when orders ship. Have looked at sending through Orange but looks expensive and has 'from orange' added.

any one found a reliable online provider with an easy interface. ie copy and paste a mobile number in and a standard message ie 'abcxyz.com have shipped you parcel today'

Maybe Actinic or Mole End could make a fortune from setting up an integrated one which they get a small cut of the charges
