Is it the whole of the frontpage or just the text from the fragments?
There are 2 ways you can do this ... edit the Primary template you are using for the frontpage Design | Options | Layouts (save to a new file name straightaway) and assign a new stylesheet ... this can be a modified actinic.css saved under a different name. Save the template and assign against the front page layout (as above)
If it is just the text fragments click on the fragment and hit "edit" next to layout. Again save the template straightaway. Here you can add in CSS classes or <div> tags to span the text as necessary.
