Stock Control on Offline orders

Our stock control kept getting out of sync, even tho we thought we were running pretty tight control over it.

We've now realised that every item that is wrong, has at some point been ordered off line.

When we take an offline order, we now have to check stock as the offline orders remove 2 of every single item ordered.

Is it something we're doing wrong? A bug? A mystery?

ugh... bugbear of mine..
is supposed to be fixed in 7.0.5, what version are you using?

Hi,

There was a bug when using a PSP for offline orders where it would decrease the stock twice but this has been fixed in v7.0.3. Can you confirm if this is what is happening to you and if you have a lower version than this.
