Simple Search

Hi
I'd like to modify the search facility so that when I enter search words into my simple search, they are automatically passed into the search words text box displayed at the foot of the results page. So that I can refine my original search by price range without having to re-type the search string.

This would also remind the user what words they searched for.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Terry,

I have asked Development to comment on this issue. The reason being that the search results are derived from the session file and cookie. I see no way to be able to retrieve that info and display it in the search words window. I will update you as soon I hear from them.

This is one for the wish list. It would require a large amount of modification to both the scripts and templates to be able to achieve this.
