Copy Orders from V6 to V7

Hi,

We have just moved to V7. I need to copy the old orders from V6 to V7. I was told to copy table Order and OrderDetail. The table layouts for tables order is different between the two versions.

There have been some template changes and to site and we have moved to worldpay. Can someone please advise the best way around this problem as I rather not have to keep switching between the two versions to query legacy order information.

Use access to create an append query, it should match up the fields with the same names and ignore the rest.

You need to copy details from more tables than that, the full list is :

PaymentHistory
Person
Order
OrderDetail
OrderMail
OrderTracking (poss - I think this one is related to shipping)
