Records missing in database

I added some products to the database in MS Access but a problem has occured.

When I converted the update to actinic, these products have appeared as new sections in the main catalogue tree rather than in sub-categories under the name of their supplier.

to make matters worse, these products now cannot be found in Access for me to edit the problem.

anyone know what i should do? (there is no backup of the access database by the way).

I don't think there's a lot you can do other than start again.
You could try and export everything and see what you can recover in excel.

Or import the previous nights snapshot and start afresh
