Hi, I've just uploaded a new site over an existing site that a different company made with their version of Actinic. The site works fine but the client has just rang to say they cant retrieve the orders. They are getting the message [username and password stored on the website don't match those currently stored in the setup] Will they need a copy of Actinic Developer that I used to build the site to retrieve the orders, they also update it with new products? Or is it something else?

You are best exporting a Snapshot and sending over for your client to install and upload so their local copy is the same as the remote
