Default Product Quantities

I've changed my order quantities from being a dropdown list back to a number (which should default to 1). I changed the ID 2173 back to %s<INPUT TYPE=text NAME="%s" SIZE="%d" VALUE="%d"> but now its showing a large number in the field.

I know I found a solution for this before but I can't find it now. Could someone please help.

2173 should be

%s<INPUT TYPE=text NAME="%s" SIZE="4" VALUE="%d">

There's also a Restore Default button that will fix it.
