shipping table update

i want to change my shipping prices. I can change them on my computer but i cannot get them to change on the web site.
I have change the shipping bands for by zone and by class but still not able to upload any change to the web site.

Hi there,

Try this...

1. Manually FTP to your server

2. Delete all the .pl and .pm files within your /cgi-bin/ folder

3. Delete all the .cat and .fil within your /acatalog/ folder

4. On your local PC, please go to 'C:\Program Files\Actinic v6\Sites\Site1'

5. Delete all the .pl and .pm and .cat and .fil files here as well

6. Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Original' and copy the .pl and .pm and paste them back into your Site1 folder.

Once done try doing a refresh of the site.

Hi

I can ask the people who host our site if they will delete the files at their end.

On our computer we delete all .pl .pm .cat and .fil files. Then copy from original the .pl and .pm back to our site 1 folder. Do we also copy the cat and fil files as well.

We try not to do anything that may upset the main program and be beyond our capabilities to correct if we make a mistake.

Hi there,

.Cat and .Fil files are automatically generated when you upload the website. Hence you need not copy those files.
