Question about Discounts

I want to set up a one off discount whereby someone will get £50 worth of free goods on our site (it's a prize for a competition). I've managed this fine - but what it still does is charge the customer p&p. Is there anyway of setting a discount so that it will either give £50 free including cost of P&P or turning P&P off for one particular order?

I don't think that there is, so you would have to take that off manually after the order was placed.
