Showing cost of shipping on the brochure pages

Is it possible to show the cost of basic shipping for items on the brochure pages, before the checkout, and have actinic work this out for you dynamically.

I realise that i could put the cost in the description but if i change the cost of a shipping band i would like it to update the costs automatically

Just thinking aloud here...

Output the shipping table to a text file from Access, copy that text into a fragment or two, and build a table around it. Would it work? Is there a better way? Keep thinking.
