    Cannot create offline order

    Hi
When I try to place an offline order, the "next" box stays greyed out.
The perl script was modified some time ago to shorten the order number to something usable - ie xx12345, and think this may be why.

Is there a work around for this?

    thanks

Where are you in the order process? If you're on the first page, you have to enter a minimum set of customer details before the Next button is made active.

I'm on the 'creating offline order page'
If I type the order number in the box 'shopped before' with 14 digits the Next box is selectable, but my orders only contain 7 digits, therefore I can't click next to search for the customer!

        Hi there,

May be you could click 'Search' (just below the Order Number) and enter a keyword to search,
which would bring the exact order number with 14 digits. You could then choose 'Select' and click 'Next'.

          yep, tried that.
If I type the customers name in, then click search, it returns their order number eg zz123456. This causes the Next box to be still greyed out.

            Hi,

I suggest registering an email support query at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.html as this issue needs further investigation.
