Order of pages

I want to change the order a customer goes through the check out procedure,
Basically I want the user to select his payment method, then if a credit card is selected for payment, the user is to be directed to another page, I don't want the credit card details, part being displayed at the bottom of the Payment Method page, I want the user to have to select next, to enter the details, go to the paypal site or whatever.

Hi,

I'm afraid this hasn't been done since it requires a big change to the checkout script and would be one for the wishlist. The work around would be to have shared ssl or the Actinic Inbuilt Encryption (Java applet) so that the credit card details prompt appear on the next page.

Actinic Inbuilt Encryption (Java applet)

is not necessarily a good option as you don't get the secure padlock display in the bottom bar
