    Missing Data Exports to Sage (Email Addresses)

    Hi All,

    It's been while since I was last here. Thankfully, everything seems to be working fine.

    I've been contemplating upgrading to the 'multi-user' version as my dispatch department would like access to order information. In particular they would like to see customer email addresses so these can be transfered to the Parcel Force website for customer order tracking.

    Prior to this I had hoped Actinic would automatically transfer email addresses into Sage but this doesn't seem to be the case. Can anyone explain why this doesn't work?

      I have tried this here and on any orders transferred over to Sage, if you have it set up to create customer accounts. Double click on the invoice and click on the 'Acc>>' button to see the customer details inclusive of email address. You can also see this on the customers tab, by double clicking on an account, if the account is not visible right after import you may need to click on the magnifying glass icon on the upper right, to refresh the area.
