    Quantity Based Pricing

Im trying to set up quantity based pricing for a product
When I add a new line to to the prices tab I add the price I want but it says You must enter a min value but there is no Min value field to fill in how do I get it to appear ?

You need to select the same "customer group" as the original in the drop down box for the "min" box to become active eg:

    Customer Group = Retail Price = £10.00
    Customer Group = Retail Price = £5.00 Min = 6

        Sam,

Retail is the 'Base Schedule' that Actinic runs on, if you want to create a customer group, you will have to give it another name as the calculation for this group will be based on the 'Retail' schedule.

If you already have an instance of 'Retail' in the prices tab, you will see the existing entry having a greyed out area, this is because the existing entry is assumed to have a default quantity of one. Click on the + to create a new row and you will then see that the 'Quantity' field will appear for you to enter a value.

        Kind regards,
