whats the best way to include vat

Hi, we have been using actinic for a while now and we are now having to register for vat. What is the best way to change all our online orices to include vat. Actinic is currently set up to not show vat.
Will we have to manualy create a new price or is there a fast way to do things, approx 400 products.

Hi Wesley

All you need to do is go to 'Business Settings | Tax' and tick 'Include Tax 1' (or just change to the 'Advanced' tab). Then go to 'Design | Options | Miscellaneous' and select 'Display Tax Inclusive Prices'.

If you need to do a mass edit of all your prices to remove any built-in VAT amount (as prices have to be entered into Actinic excluding any tax) then there are instructions for this in the Knowledge base:
