Welcom Gilbert. Firstly go to Advanced|Network Setup and either run the wizard if you haven't already and then select Test. If the test passes you should be able to upoad, if not see what the errors are. If you need help resolving them post the error messages here.

      probleme with upload

hi i try use the wizard but i stil have problem with upload
      this is the error messages

The test script failed to execute on the web server. The error could be caused by several things. Check the path to the Perl shell, the CGI script extension, the path to CGI-BIN, and the CGI-BIN URL. This error could also occur if your web site is out of disk space or your web server is not configured to accept POSTs to CGI scripts.

      thank you for help

            As Jo asked earlier...
thats the ssl settings and not the normal ones, go to advanced menu, networksettings, click on the standard tab and export.

DNS stuff reports the following name serves for www.gigimorphe.com

                NS5.IXWEBHOSTING.COM 72.41.223.250
                NS6.IXWEBHOSTING.COM 72.41.191.250

thus it is not clear to me which host you are using.

if it is fasthosts then you need to change nameservers before anything will work, the error you report is consistant with this finding

don't forget to change your name servers and don't try to upload until they have propagated, propagation for a dot com is 24-72 hours. Therefore to upload on friday will be optimistic, sat or sunday is more realistic

To check propagation go to www.dnsstuff.com and whois

Why not simplify things firstly by unselecting SSL under Business Settings|Payment & Security. Then compare your settings with those posted by RuralWeb above, post #7, and try again.

As the error message says - you have a problem with your security certificate. See attached:
