Hello,

I have sucessfully integrated a PSP into my OCCUpgrade folder but since the code was written the PSP need another field to be put into the payment details of datFulfillment in the format dd/mm/yyyy.

Would i be able to do this myself or would it be the PSP's repsonsibility to provide a patch - any ideas ?

Hi Jo, its Metacharge Ltd

I have queried with them because they say it is needed by risk dept to determine chargebacks but the customer is not going to know what the date of fulfillment is, only me when i get the order.

I notice that Metacharge is one of the PSPs integrated with Actinic.

Actinic provides/sells a integration pack to any PSP that wants to integrate with the software. Thus this is an issue for Metacharge to slog out with Actinic with a view to getting all the required info.
