    Protx illegal amount issue

    Hi Guys

    currently testing protx with our site and keep getting the message
    "An illegal Amount was specified." when the site attempts to connect to the server to begin taking cc details.

    We have update all files in line with the protx UG and closed the site, re-opened and uploaded.

    When we select a part, go to checkout, fill in basics then click 'next' to go to protx the error occurs.

    Any ideas guys?

    Can only suggest you check the Protx setup again, paying particular attention to the location of the files you are changing (the ones inside site 1), then increment the number in OCCUpgrade.ini again and close/re-open Actinic.

      Done all that again, now getting

      "VSP Admin was unable to process the last database request." etc

      Will send an email to protx...very annoying.
