    Choice of prices

I would like to sell gift vouchers in various denominations. Instead of adding each gift voucher as a separate product (eg one for £10, another for £20 etc etc) I would like to list gift vouchers as a single product with a drop down box denoting different amounts. I'm sure I've seen this somewhere but can't remember how to do it.

Create a basic product called Gift Vouchers.

Then add a component to it and an Attribute (each in turn by right clicking on your new product), then choices of 10, 20 etc etc. - The attribute you will need to assign the option "Select Using" and pick the drop down list view.

Go back to the component you created and click on the Permutations tab and click the fill list button, for which all of the choices you created will then be listed.

Assign the price to each one as appropriate, then go to the main product and change the Pricing Model to Sum of Component Prices, which will then take on the price assigned in the permutations list you applied.

It is always best to ensure you detail the price in the text that you assign each choice, as that will then show in the list provided in the page and also the cart, but you can play with the Choice Name and HTML for Name to suit your needs.
