Actinic to Sage Link problems
I have been sitting here exporting all my orders into Sage to do the VAT while it is nice & quiet. I have managed to do about 500 and now it is coming up with an error (even though I have not made any changes):
An error occured while parsing your CSV files. This usually happens when
1. The export field delimiter in Actinic is set to Tab (No, I have checked & it is Commas, as required)
2. You modified the exported order files with external application such as excel (No, I didn't)
Just to be sure, I have deleted the .csv files in the Output file so it can start afresh, but no joy.
I have also gobe through the upload, download, restart PC routine, but nothing seemed to help.
Any ideas?
