Digital downloads

a customer of ours has actinic catalog v7 with the add on of digital downloads.

It was all working fine until a couple of weeks ago when the site changed servers and now if you try to click on the link to download, it gives an internal server error message on there.

While the site was being transfered she sent us a snapshot for us to make a few amends to network settings etc. and now since then, the download doesnt appear to work. Is it because she sent us a snap shot and we amended in developer?

Any thoughts or advice most welcome

Most probable that the change of servers caused the issue.

I had an issue with CLARA and needed to strip out the "nph" from the download script - see http://community.actinic.com/showthr...download+clara

I was receiving the same error messages your client is receiving - worth a try
