Optional Fields

I don't want to recommend this, however a client has missed an order due to the fact the customer didn't have an email address. I say tough, however just so I can inform him, can the email field be changed to optional instead of forced? He's using Actinics inbuilt SSL.

It's optional if you uncheck Required in both Design / Text / Web Site (cont) / Invoice address and Delivery Address
