Error when going to download digital order

Can anyone help please I have just set up digital downloads for manuals on my site when i come to download the order from the link in the reciept email i get the following error message:

Can't locate dd000001.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\nph-dl000001.pl line 18. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\nph-dl000001.pl line 18.

Could anyone shed some light on whats going wrong and how I may be able to fix it.

Hi,

Can you try the following:

1. In 'Windows Explorer' browse to 'c:\program files\actinic v7\sites\site1' and locate the 'nph-download.pl' file
2. Open this file in notepad
3. Search for: use NETQUOTEVAROWNLOADMODULE;
4. Change this to : require NETQUOTEVAROWNLOADMODULE;
5. Save and close the file and update the site and try an order

If that doesn't work then try renaming the 'nph-download.pl' file to 'download.pl' and upload the site.
