Conservatory site with complicated pricing...

I am currently building a conservatory website that has quite a complicated price structure. I've put a bit of thought into this already but not really getting anywhere and that's why i'm here.

I am looking for the most simple way to present the following to the customer....

There are two options of Conservatory, the "Victorian" and "Edwardian",

They both come in 6 different sizes and are available in two wall styles (Full Height or Dwarf Wall)...

3.0 Compact (3m x 2.75m)
FH,£1970
DW,£1787

3.0 Regular (3m x 3m)
FH,£2031
DW,£1849

3.0 Elite (3m x 3.4m)
FH,£2201
DW,£2019

3.5 Compact (3.5m x 2.5m)
FH,£2029
DW,£1859

3.5 Regular (3.5m x 3.2m)
FH,£2251
DW,£2081

3.5 Elite (3.5m x 3.5m)
FH,£2534
DW,£2364

They have 5 colour options in 3 price groups...
1- White (standard price)
2- Cherry (add 16% to standard price)
3- Rosewood (add 16% to standard price)
4- Cherry/White (add 12% to standard price)
5- Rosewood/White (add 12% to standard price)

I would set it out as follows:

2 master sections (Victorian, Edwardian).....
each containing 3 sub-sections (Compact, Regular, Elite).....
each sub-section has 4 products (3.0m and 3.5m for each dwarf wall and full height).....
each product has a drop down choice for the colour

works better if you have images of all the products to show the differences quickly

Thanks for that although is there a way to apply a percentage increase to the price by using a tick box? I can't see how this would work.

I sort of feel i'm trying to fit a square peg in a round hole with this. Is there possibly some other software rather than Actinic that might be suitable for this?

Alas not automatically - it needs to be applied as either an extra over cost price or the fully inclusive cost... Actinic will not work with percentages like that
