character symbols

Does anyone know if it is possible to used the character ő or ű.
The above characters get converted to a ? when typed into any text field in Actinic..

eg. The text below appears as follows

medál barna bőrnyakláncon (typed)
medál barna b?rnyakláncon (displayed)

Gyönyörűen szép Acai karkötő (typed)
Gyönyör?en szép Acai karköt?(displayed)
