Snapshot Replacement Problems

Help - being new to Actinic, I'm now trying to replace the default actinic site with our new site design from our developer via a snapshot download from him, but getting the following error messages on the automatically aborted installation of the snapshot.

Summary Report:
The operation was aborted.
There is 1 Fatal error

Detail:

FATAL ERRORS
(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 1559) - Archive error 12 - The zip file open call failed
Library error - This is not a ZIP file or the structure of ZIP file is damaged! has been caught.

After this aborted import I also get other messages

Error accessing database records.
Try restarting the program. You may need
to recover from a previous version of the databases

There was a problem with the database
Operation: Opening the [SetupInfo] table where nID IN (44)
Disk or network error.

1. The developer sent us a new snapshot but still the same problem (he is using actinic developer).
2. We installed the snapshot on another computer with another actinic installation (we are using actinic business V7) - but still the same problem.
3. A sister company with actinic also tried but had the same results (they are using Actinic business V7).

Any suggestions

Ask the developer to compact the database and then re send to you, this solves many problems
