Search Engines

Hi, I apologise in advance for what is going to be a really obvious question but I am having problems registering my site www.kitsonlinekitchenshop.co.uk with search engines.

Every time I submit the site all that seems to get spidered is the home page; nothing else comes up in searches.

Is there somethinbg obvious that I am missing?

Three things:
1. Do not continually submit your site - this is not neccessary and can be detrimental.
2. Code a link to your sitemap on your homepage, prefereably on every page. (Act_Primary and Act_BrochurePrimary)
3. Search the forum for search engines and SEO - you will find lots of previous discussions with useful information.
