Error 500 with checkout

Uploaded shop to a BT Connect host. Site works fine until the checkout button is pressed then the following is displayed;

500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition preventing it from fulfilling the request.

Running Actinic Business 7.0.3

Any ideas, as BT have none

there are a few threads about discussing bt connect,they are quite old but they do seem to point to the fact that actinic is not compatible with btconnect servers

BT Hosting answer to 500 and other probs

Finally got an answer from bt. To be able to use Actinic on there hosting package you have to have the Internet Business Pack (Which is the hosting package) as well you MUST have their web publisher pack which enables Perl on the account.
