    PROTX and auto payments

    Hi there
We currently use actinic shared SSL to collect cc details, and then process tham manually using PROTX VPQD (virtual pdq) which works well.

We do this because a lot of our products are high value.

The problem is that we are getting too many orders to deal with, and a lot of that is because we are now doing low-value parts.

So my question is - is it possible to set a thresh-hold of say £50, so that all sub-£50 orders are automatically processed through PROTX (or whatever) for payment, and we manually do the rest ?

Can anyone advise on this? Has anyone done it ?

    ANy info useful.

    Many thanks

    Set up two payment options:

    1. Call the PROTX one "Credit card - Under £50"

    2. Call the other one (however you collect the card details) "Credit Card - Over £50".

The customer should then select the right method for you when they checkout.

      Thanks for that.

What happens when they select "Under £50" ? How does it get auto protx'd ?
What do I have to do to get it to actually work ?

        Hi there,

In order to get this working you need to register with PROTX here
