I started a new actinic site but I still have my old sitemap page?

How do I update my sitemap or will it refresh automatically on upload..?

I have removed the original site pages from my 'site 1' folder and replaced with the current site.

Thought I'd put up post to find out before it goes online.

sitemap is generated by Actinic so it will change as part of the upload proceedure. Assuming you are asking about sitemap.html and not google sitemap
