Using "Upload" results in all files being uploaded

I'm sure I've encountered this before (having been around since v3), but I can't remember the solution.

Anyway, I just made a very small change to a product and having pressed the UPLOAD button it has decided to upload EVERYTHING by the look of it. Which is a 25 minute frustration

Anyone know what I might need to do to prevent this? It might not even happen next time, but I'd love a pointer to why it does this?

Are you sure you are hitting "update" rather than "refresh"? I have been down that daft path before

It was quite wierd... I should have come back and posted here sooner, but what had happened was one of the settings from another developer site had somehow got set on this one. The result was it was updating each product page to include a new graphic for the "buy" button (which doesnt exist on this site).

I could swear I didn't "incorporate" this change and Developer did it... but I could be wrong

Anyway, all sorted now and it's back to only uploading the changed pages as it should be
