Automatic Order Download

Hi There

This may have already been answered on this firum but i can't seem to find it.

Is there any way I can automate checking the website for orders? I would like actinic to check every 30mins without me having to click the retrive orders button.

Hi I don't know how to get actinic to download automatically but if you get it to email you when there is an order ready to download you don't need to keep checking until it tells you. I think it's in the business set up section.
