Centring brochure fragments

I'm using the Smart theme on my site and it looks fine in 1024x768 or 800x600 resolutions, but when viewed in 1280x1024 my brochure fragments are offset to the left. Which template do I need to adapt to centre them?

Check the central <td> alignment in Act_BrochurePrimary.html
