Seeing who is online

I am currently trialling actinic as we are considering swapping our online shop from Zen Cart. With Zen Cart a nice feature we use quite a bit is being able to view who is online our website; including being able to see which customers are logged in and what they have in their basket.
Could someone please tell me if this feature is available in Actinic?

It's not a feature built within Actinic, no.

You can get third party snooping applications that with a few snippets of code added to the Act_primary and Act_BrochurePrimary templates will then pass the info about where they came from, route around your site etc etc is then generated, with lots of them out there to pick from on that front, but would need to be added (the code to connect to the snoop system) into your Actinic templates.

Also believe that some of the livehelp and liveresponse systems also provide features along those lines also...
