New Web Admin - Advice

Hi there,

Some friends have built a basic store in Actinic, and recently had a baby! so passed the store over to me to look after.

I have installed the softwaare, and I am having trouble downloading the store from the site - in fact i dont think you can do this with this software??

- Can i get my friends to export the catalogue, so i can then just import a data file? It seems that you can do this, but we're having probs, wondering if someone could just give me a step by step.

Ask your friends to send you a snapshot of the site.

Export snapshot is on the file menu.

You then import the snapshot, then upload the site to the webserver.

Now you will be able to download orders
