without page rank google would not list my site.

Rubbish - you have been lead up the garden path. Page Rank is a measure of importance Google gives to each of your pages. Its value is debatable, some say its Googles idea of a joke as it keeps people running arround chasing it

Using Adwords is a bit of an expensive way of monitoring your traffic - A major ommission the the lack of being able to monitor your referers ie what websites that have links to you and send you traffic.

There are many you can use and your host may already supply one, they usually do.

Just looking at your site and you do not give any contact details - i would suggest that adding these will improve your sales rate better than chasing page rank. there are numerous warnings to shoppers about not using websites that do not display their contact details. You would not get my credit card details
