In the search template, what do NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONCONTROLLABEL and NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONCONTROL do - and can I safely delete them?

Hi there,

You could check the help file, and see what they do. If you go to "Help | Help Topics", and click on "Index". You will get a list of templates, here doubleclick on "Act_SearchTemplate.html", and you will get a grid of variables and what they do.

Eg here is what is said about those two variables:

Label introducing the searching by sections tool
Design | Text | Web Site | Searching

SECTIONCONTROL

This drop down list is generated by the application (i.e. it is not templated)
Format from Design | Text

NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONCONTROLLABEL can be removed safetly, but the other one, I wouldn't do. The help files is pretty good in finding out what each variables does in the templates.
