No error message available

When I try to upload I get the following error message "No error message available". Now I don't really want to refresh the website as there are thousands of products and it will take ages, also it might not even fix the problem.

Anyone got any ideas on this one? Version 7.0.6.

I have this error message sometimes when uploading. I just click Retry / OK, and after a few attempts I am prompted to continue using HTTP transfer - works fine after this.

I did that a few times and once it worked the other times it didn't. What actualy causes the problem?

Would suggest posting an email query with Actinic support to take a look at the snapshot. If it can be replicated on a test space then it would be related to the snapshot and would need to be investigated or it could point to the server which would also need to be looked into.

I had some ftp issues some time back and changing the enhanced ftp settings helped a lot. (increasing retries, timeouts etc) Give that a try.
