email templates

Can anyone help me or tell me where I can find out which email template refers to which email that is sent to the customer. I've looked in the template section and they don't seem to match what my site is sending as a confirmation! Also the design|options|text seems to have references to the emails in it as well. Confused of Essex! D

Have you tried Act_CustomerEmail.txt

If you look under 'Email Management' and then 'Creating emails in Actinic' in the Help file there is quite a bit of useful info there - just been doing the same thing myself
