Additional Files List

Hi All

Excuse me if this is a totally thicko question - I've looked through the forum and help etc and can't find an answer although it's probably staring me in the face

Is it possible to organise the additional files list at all - ideally alphabetically?

We've got quite a list and if we need to remove old "additional" images from the site 1 folder to keep it tidy, that's easy as you can organise it alphabetically - however the additional files list seems to be totally random, it's not even in any chronological order so newer files are at the top and older files down the bottom, meaning we have to trawl through the whole list to find the images for removal.

Any cure? Thanks if you can help - Helen

If you view the database in Access you will see a table called Additional Files. You can view that in any way you want. Backup before deleting entries though just in case.
