I would like to be able to offer customers multiple related products when a customer purchases a certain item. Is this possible in Catalog v7 as all I can see is a single associated product on component details. Any ideas?

you can add in multiple components to a product for as many products as you need eg: if main product a camera you can add in optional component products such as batteries, cover, strap, spare lens, etc -
