Order aborted, but still I still receive them.

Hi, Can anybody help me... If I add a product to a cart, proceed through the checkout, but then decide not to order and abort, why does Actinic ignore this and still send the order to me. This happens when I press Cancel on the Protx Secure Server page and if I do not press Done on the receipt page (and press back on the browser instead). I then end up having to delete the phantom orders and reset the order numbers so that there are no gaps in the order sequence.

Actinic creates each order at the point that the customer goes to the PSP. That way if there's a problem with the PSP at least the order information exists so you can contact the customer and arrange an alternative means of payment.

All you're doing once you get to PROTX is cancelling the payment, not the order.
