Vast Information Loss

I've just turned on my actinics and it is missing a handful of products the sections are there the thumb everything but the product. I thought it might be due to duplicates originally but now there are original products disappearing as well,.
any one else had this problem?

I tried to do an import once and wiped everything out, fortunately I always make the backup
- When you close Actinic each time it asks you if you want to make a Backup - if you have done that, then in your Site1 folder there is a file called Backup - rename it to ActinicCatalog and you will be back to your previous state.

Not the best backup to use as it justs overwrites the previouse one

You are better off making a daily snapshot and makeing sure you label it with the date, that way you can go back weeks if required

Not all snapshots work and they do not tell you if they fail as many people here can testify
