We are trying out digital downloading for different things. It seems to be working to our requirements, but does anyone know how to stop "page cannot be displayed error" when they click on download.
As you know the customer can either download from the reciept page, or if they have closed down automatically, they also have the option to download from the email. What is happening, is that even though it works, when the customer clicks on the link to download, a save box comes up but also a page can not be displayed error comes up behind it.
Does anyone know how to get rid of that error, so only the download box (ie where to save) comes up and not the page.
